Welcome to 169to1®, a global digital initiative delivered by Hudson Consultancy Online. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 169to1.com, 169to1.org, and all related digital products, subscriptions, and services. By using any part of the 169to1® ecosystem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. About Us
1.1 Operator
169to1® is operated by Hudson Consultancy Online, headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye. The initiative provides SDG-aligned toolkits, activation frameworks, youth pathways, and badge-based micro-credentials for schools, universities, SMEs, NGOs, and youth organisations worldwide.
1.2 Purpose
The 169to1® platform exists to support sustainable education, measurable SDG activation, and transparent accreditation through digital resources and institutional collaboration.
2. Acceptable Use
2.1 Lawful Purpose
You may use 169to1.com and 169to1.org only for lawful and authorised purposes.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
Copy, share, resell, or alter content beyond the licensed terms;
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or disrupt platform operation;
Use the site in any way that impairs others’ access or performance;
Misrepresent their affiliation with 169to1®.
2.3 Legal Protection
All content is protected under international copyright, trademark, and data-protection law.
3. Digital Products and Bundles
3.1 Available Products
The 169to1® platform offers:
e-Book Packs (Education, Business, NGO, Youth);
ESG law compliance frameworks
Sector-Specific SDG e-book Packs;
International School frameworks;
DofE (Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme) frameworks;
FEE (Foundation for Economic Education) frameworks incl. (I Pencil);
Excel Tools for SDG Target Selection and Reporting;
Credly by Pearson badges and accreditations via the Credly dashboard.
3.2 Licence Terms
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal organisational use only.
3.3 Restrictions
Redistribution, resale, or external uploading to learning-management systems without written permission is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Scope of Subscription
Subscriptions may include:
Monthly or annual content updates;
Early access to new modules;
Enhanced tracking tools or platform features;
Access to Credly badge catalogues and metadata.
4.2 Payment and Renewal
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing as displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.4 Licence Continuity
All subscription materials remain subject to the same licence restrictions as individual purchases.
5. Badges and Digital Credentials
5.1 Issuance
169to1® issues verified digital credentials through Credly by Pearson upon confirmation of eligible participation by institutions, enterprises, youth participants, and verified SDG action.
Issuance Terms:
Badges are issued upon successful verification of eligible actions or tool use;
Badge metadata includes institution details, badge criteria, issuance date, and SDG alignment;
Institutions may share badges for ESG reporting, LinkedIn profiles, and institutional recognition.
Badges are free with verified e-book pack use or single user or institutional subscription. Use of badges outside of verified engagement is not permitted.
5.2 Metadata and Use
Badges include issuer details, criteria, SDG alignment, and date of issue. Institutions may display badges for ESG reporting or professional recognition.
5.3 Conditions
Badges are issued free of charge with verified bundle use or institutional subscription. Use outside verified engagement is not permitted.
5.4 Revocation Rights
Hudson Consultancy Online may suspend or revoke badges if misuse or misrepresentation is found.
6. Partnership and Affiliate Agreements
6.1 Eligibility
Partners and affiliates operate under separate agreements defining their rights and responsibilities.
6.2 Obligations
All partners must:
Represent their status accurately;
Adhere to agreed pricing, referral, and data-use terms;
Avoid misuse of branding, e-book content, or badge systems.
6.3 Termination
Breach of these obligations may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of referral benefits.
7. Payments and Transactions
7.1 Payment Platform
All transactions on 169to1.com are securely processed through Squarespace Commerce, with verification managed via Plaid. These systems meet UK and international payment-security standards.
7.2 Currency and Fees
All payments are made in Pound Sterling (GBP). A standard transaction fee of 1.5% plus £0.25 applies to each purchase, applicable to 169to1® not the customer, to cover processing and platform costs. Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Payment Confirmation and Receipts
Once payment is completed, customers receive an automatic confirmation email and an official receipt from 169to1®. Each receipt includes the transaction reference, purchase details, and any relevant taxes or fees.
7.4 Security and Data Protection
All payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with UK GDPR and PCI DSS standards. 169to1® does not store or retain card or account details.
7.5 After Purchase (Downloadable Content and/or Products)
After purchasing a downloadable product, customers receive an email with a download link that expires after 24 hours. If the link expires, a new one will be sent to the customer's email address.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 General Policy
All sales made through 169to1.com are final once payment is confirmed. Refunds are only available in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or where a product or service cannot be delivered as described.
8.2 Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the immediate nature of digital access, downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded once the link or access credentials have been issued.
8.3 Digital Products Download Link
After purchasing a downloadable product, customers receive an email with a download link that expires after 24 hours. If the link expires, a new one will be sent to the customer's email address.
8.3 Workshops and Live Sessions
Cancellations for paid workshops or live online sessions must be requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start time to qualify for a full refund. Later requests may be eligible for partial credit or rescheduling at the discretion of 169to1®.
8.4 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to finance@169to1.com with the order number, transaction reference, and explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to appear on the customer's card statement. Customers will receive an email notifying them of the refund, and the money is sent directly to their bank or card.
8.5 Disputes and Resolution
Payment disputes are reviewed in accordance with UK consumer protection guidelines. Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and communication records.
9. Delivery and Access
9.1 Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, customers receive an automated email with download links or access instructions. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours depending on verification.
9.2 Workshops and Live Sessions
Access details (links, login credentials, or schedules) are sent at least 48 hours before an event. Customers must ensure contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
9.3 Institutional and Group Orders
Institutional clients receive resources according to agreed schedules. Large bundle or multi-licence orders may require additional verification.
9.4 Access Duration and Use
Resources are licensed for personal or institutional use only. Access links are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written consent.
9.5 Technical Support
For access issues, contact info@169to1.com within seven (7) days of purchase for assistance or reissue.
10. Intellectual Property and Licensing
10.1 Ownership
All materials, graphics, documents, and written content available through 169to1.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Hudson Consultancy Online and its partners.
10.2 Licence of Use
Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, educational, or organisational use as stated at the time of purchase. This licence does not convey ownership or resale rights.
10.3 Restrictions
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material obtained through 169to1.com without prior written consent.
10.4 Institutional Use
Schools, colleges, universities, and organisations may reproduce or distribute the resources internally for staff and enrolled students only, in accordance with licence terms. External redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
10.5 Trademarks and Attribution
The name 169to1®, its logo, and associated marks are registered or pending trademarks of Hudson Consultancy. Proper attribution is required for any authorised use.
10.6 Third-Party Materials
Some resources include references or links to third-party content. These remain the property of their respective owners. 169to1® accepts no responsibility for external material.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Commitment to Privacy
169to1® complies with:

Users outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
14.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and referenced policies, form the complete agreement between the user and 169to1®.
