1. Who We Are
169to1® is a strategic initiative operated by Hudson Consultancy Online, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We offer downloadable SDG-aligned digital toolkits, activation frameworks, youth engagement pathways, and badge-based micro-credential systems for schools, universities, SMEs, NGOs, and youth organisations worldwide.
2. Your Use of This Platform
You may only use our websites, tools, and resources for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Copy, share, resell, or modify our content beyond the licensed terms.
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with platform functionality.
Use the platform in a way that damages or impairs access for others.
Misrepresent your affiliation with 169to1®.
All content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and data protection laws.
3. Digital Products and Bundles
We offer a range of downloadable digital tools, including:
Core Toolkits (Education, Business, NGO, Youth)
Sector-specific SDG Bundles
Youth Pathway Frameworks
Spreadsheet Tools for SDG Target Selection, Tracking, and Reporting
Licence Terms:
Each product purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use by your organisation only.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised duplication is strictly prohibited, including uploading materials to external platforms or learning management systems without written permission.
4. Subscriptions
Certain products and bundles are available via subscription, which may include:
Monthly or annual content updates
Early access to new modules or toolkits
Enhanced tracking tools or platform features
Access to our full badge catalogue and metadata archives
By subscribing, you agree:
To pay recurring charges as stated at checkout
That your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
That subscription content remains subject to the same licensing restrictions as one-off products
You may cancel at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Badge Licensing and Digital Credentials
We work with Credly and other platforms to issue official 169to1® micro-credentials for institutions, youth participants, and verified SDG action.
Issuance Terms:
Badges are issued upon successful verification of eligible actions or tool use.
Badge metadata includes institution details, badge criteria, issuance date, and SDG alignment.
Institutions may share badges for ESG reporting, LinkedIn profiles, and institutional recognition.
Badges are free with verified bundle use or institutional subscription. Use of badges outside of verified engagement is not permitted.
Hudson Consultancy Online retains the right to revoke or edit badge records in case of misuse or misrepresentation.
6. Partner and Affiliate Agreements
If you are using 169to1® tools under a partnership, licence agreement, or affiliate programme, additional conditions apply.
All partners must:
Clearly represent their relationship with 169to1®
Abide by agreed pricing, referral, and data usage terms
Not misuse branding, toolkits, or badge access
Failure to comply with affiliate or partnership terms may result in immediate termination of access.
All referral commissions or access-based benefits must be transparently reported and verified quarterly.
7. Payments and Refunds
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if:
A technical failure prevents access to your purchased materials
You are charged in error due to a billing system fault
Please ensure product details are reviewed before purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of Hudson Consultancy Online or its licensors. This includes:
Text, graphics, toolkits, activation tools, spreadsheets, illustrations, and badge criteria
The 169to1® brand and logo, which is a registered mark
You may not:
Copy, alter, or republish content without permission
Use our brand in a way that misleads others about your status
Translate or repackage our content for resale or redistribution
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, all 169to1® materials are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee:
That every resource will suit every context
That technical access will be uninterrupted
That third-party payment or badge platforms will always operate reliably
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudson Consultancy Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to your use of this platform or its products.
10. Data and Privacy
By using our site, you consent to our collection of limited personal and institutional data needed to provide our services. This may include:
