Just like the DofE, each level challenges young people to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and make a real difference in their communities and beyond.
Participants can begin at age 14 with Bronze, move on to Silver at 15, and complete Gold at 16+, which includes the Residential experience.
Each stage is built around real-world sustainability themes and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping young people link what they do locally to the bigger picture globally. Whether it’s volunteering in the community, learning a new skill, improving fitness, exploring the outdoors, or leading a residential project, the Youth Ambassadors pathway turns every action into impact.
